Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, promotional periods, product launches, and high-volume sales events.
Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time provided by the carrier.
Orders containing customized, limited-edition, handmade, pre-order, or special-order products may require additional processing time. Estimated production or processing times may be listed on the individual product page.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times begin once the carrier has accepted and scanned the package. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, transportation disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of our company.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, package size, package weight, selected shipping service, and available carrier rates.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to:

Missing apartment, suite, unit, or building numbers

Incorrect postal codes

Incorrect recipient names

Customer relocation

Failure to receive or collect the package
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Address Changes
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or transferred to the carrier.
Address change requests are not guaranteed. Customers must contact us immediately after placing the order. We are not responsible if the order ships before the requested change can be completed.
Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information by email, text message, or through the order confirmation page.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and arranging for the safe receipt of their package.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. In some cases, tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered successfully delivered.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, removed from the delivery location, or received by another individual after the carrier confirms delivery.
Customers should contact the carrier, property manager, front desk, household members, or local authorities regarding packages marked as delivered but not received.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, order cancellations, or compensation.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, the customer must contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. We may assist with submitting a carrier claim; however, claim approval is determined solely by the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect customer information, refused delivery, failure to collect the package, customs issues, or delivery locations considered unsafe or unsecured.
Any replacement, refund, or store credit will only be issued after the carrier completes its investigation and formally approves the claim.
Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and must include:

Clear photographs of the damaged product

Photographs of the shipping box

Photographs of the shipping label

Photographs of all internal packaging materials

A detailed description of the damage
The customer must retain the product, packaging, box, and shipping materials until the claim is completed.
Failure to provide the required documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Damage caused by opening the package improperly, customer handling, misuse, normal wear, or improper storage is not considered shipping damage.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, handling fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, confiscated packages, rejected imports, or packages returned because the customer failed to pay applicable customs fees.
If an international package is refused or returned, any eligible refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, duties, brokerage fees, and any other costs incurred by the company.
Pre-Orders and Special Orders
Pre-order, customized, handmade, personalized, limited-edition, and special-order products may have longer production and shipping times.
Estimated availability dates are projections and may change due to manufacturing, material availability, customs, transportation, or other circumstances outside our control.
Delays on pre-orders or special orders do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on product availability, warehouse location, packaging requirements, or fulfillment schedules.
Customers may receive more than one tracking number. Additional shipping charges will not be applied unless approved by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipment to locations considered high-risk, restricted, unsafe, undeliverable, fraudulent, or prohibited by law or carrier regulations.
Additional identity, address, or payment verification may be required before an order is shipped.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order will be canceled.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays, failure to deliver, or additional costs caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, government actions, customs delays, carrier interruptions, war, civil unrest, public health emergencies, labor shortages, or transportation disruptions.
Policy Acceptance
By completing a purchase on our website, the customer confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted this Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to the order.
